La Capricciosa – A Cozy Old-School Italian Gem Went to La Capricciosa with a few friends and honestly, it was such a great experience. This place has a real old-school Italian vibe—the kind of cozy, no-frills atmosphere that makes you feel like you’ve stumbled into a hidden neighborhood gem. The seating is pretty limited, but it adds to the charm and makes the whole experience feel more intimate. We ordered the pesto pasta, mushroom risotto, Greek salad, and the pork panini, and everything was amazing. The pasta was rich and flavorful, the risotto was perfectly creamy, and the pork panini was packed with bold, hearty flavors. Even the Greek salad was fresh and vibrant, balancing everything out perfectly. If you're looking for authentic, comforting Italian food in a laid-back setting, La Capricciosa is definitely worth a visit. Just be ready to grab a table quickly—once you taste the food, you'll understand why it fills up fast!

The food here is absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I had lamb shank with 4 cheese gnocchi that was incredible! The plates of my friends was equally amazing, super tasty, big portions, excellent service. This is by far the best Italian food I've had in Toronto and it's now my favorite Italian restaurant

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our server was very friendly and welcomed us warmly with a big smile. Since it was our first time, she recommended the grilled calamari as an appetizer and the seafood pasta for the main course. Both were absolutely delicious! Despite the restaurant being packed, she was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Big compliments to the chef for the amazing food! I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again.

La capricciosa an Italian restaurant is a gem! From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in a sense of coziness and a truly homely atmosphere. But the real star of the show is the food. Every dish is extremely tasty and bursting with flavor. The presentation is also top-notch; the nice plating elevates the entire dining experience. It's clear there's an excellent chef at the helm, crafting culinary masterpieces. Overall, a truly great experience that I can't recommend highly enough!
